Issue: challenges with unlocking the phone bag
Solution: If the mechanism doesn't pop open immediately with the magnet, put the unlocking device on the lock and gently push down on the locking part. It will often pop open after.
Explanation: The locking pin is putting too much pressure onto the strike of the lock. By pushing down the lock, it allows the pin to move freely and will be able to be opened.
